At Learn German with Herr Antrim, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services to help you learn German effectively. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds. However, we do make exceptions in the following cases:
Exceptions to Our No-Refund Policy
Accidental Purchases – If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of the purchase.
Duplicate Purchases – If you unintentionally bought the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Subscription Renewals – If you forgot to cancel your subscription before it renewed, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge. However, repeated refund requests for subscription renewals may be denied.

Subscription Cancellations
If you have a recurring subscription and no longer wish to be charged, you must cancel before your next billing cycle. You can manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.
